Dr. Max Pekarev
Founder & Chief Medical Director
Dr. Max Pekarev founded Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (previously known as MP Plastic Surgery) in 2013 and became Chief Medical Director when the practice was rebranded in 2023. His dedication to the highest quality of patient care over the last decade has continued to be evident as he continues to be a pillar within the medical community in Fort Worth, Texas.
As Dr. Pekarev and his team expand their practice to reach more patients across the DFW metroplex, the commitment to staying true to the foundation on which Dr. Max built his practice remains. He strives to provide quality care to all demographics through his innovative and comprehensive approach to medicine.
With his guidance and direction, patients can go into surgery with confidence that even their most complex cases will be taken care of appropriately and completely.
Igor Liskovets
Chief Business Officer
Igor brings over 20 years of corporate experience to Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (TRS.) Igor leads strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and marketing. With Igor’s help and guidance, TRS has rebranded, expanded, and implemented new policies to cultivate a culture geared toward successful expansion and growth.
Before joining TRS in 2023, Igor was a Senior Director at Google, leading product strategy and marketing teams. In his 15 years at Google, he built, led, and developed multiple $1B+ business lines. Igor holds an MBA from Wharton School of Business and a BA in International and Public Affairs from Princeton.
Kacie Kaufman
Chief Operating Officer
Kacie has been an integral part of Thrive Reconstructive Surgery since 2015. She started her journey as a new college graduate from Texas Christian University as one of three employees in the role of Patient Coordinator for Dr. Max and grew into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO.)
In her tenure, Kacie has successfully opened four office locations and onboarded over ten physicians and mid-level providers, significantly expanding the practice’s reach. As COO, she oversees daily operations, drives strategic growth initiatives, handles finances, and ensures that the highest standards of patient care are consistently met.
Passionate about helping to heal as many patients as possible through reconstructive care, Kacie is dedicated to identifying and serving new communities and hopes to expand nationwide.
Chloe Welborn
Chief Administrative Officer
Chloe joined Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (TRS) in 2015 after attending Texas Christian University. When Chloe originally joined TRS, she was one of three employees in the Surgical Coordinator position. Over ten years, Chloe became an expert in every administrative position before becoming CAO in December of 2023.
Chloe oversees all administrative staff employed by TRS, assists with the research and publications authored by the physicians, works alongside Igor (Chief Business Officer) to strategically plan and execute the company’s marketing campaigns, and assists with making business decisions for the company as a whole.
With Chloe’s help and leadership, Thrive Reconstructive Surgery has expanded to multiple locations, rebranded, and continues to make a difference in the medical community across the DFW metroplex.
