Our team will contact your insurance provider to obtain any necessary authorizations and will work diligently to ensure you receive the highest level of benefits available. What Is the Process If a Primary Care Provider (PCP) Referral Is Required?
If you already have a primary care provider (PCP), we’ll ask that you contact them for the referral, and our team is happy to assist with the process if needed. If you don’t have a PCP, don’t worry—we have established relationships with trusted providers who can help quickly with the referrals and authorizations required.
Do We Accept Payment Plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit (carecredit.com).
We also provide in-house payment plans to help with the prepayment of deductibles and coinsurance.
