Dr. Max Pekarev
Founder, President & Chief Medical Director
Dr. Max Pekarev founded Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (formerly MP Plastic Surgery) in 2013 and became Chief Medical Director when the practice was rebranded in 2023. For more than a decade, his dedication to providing the highest quality of patient care has made him a respected leader in the Fort Worth medical community.
As Dr. Pekarev and his team expand their reach across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, their commitment to the core values on which he built the practice remains strong. Through his innovative and comprehensive approach, Dr. Pekarev strives to ensure that patients from all backgrounds receive exceptional care.
With his leadership and expertise, patients can feel confident knowing that even the most complex cases will be handled with the highest level of skill, compassion, and thoroughness.
Igor Liskovets
Chief Executive Officer
Igor brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience to Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (TRS), where he oversees strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and marketing. Since joining TRS in 2023, he has played a key role in rebranding the practice, expanding its reach, and implementing policies that foster a culture of innovation and growth.
Before TRS, Igor spent 15 years at Google as a Senior Director, where he led product strategy and marketing teams and developed multiple business lines exceeding $1B in revenue. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in international and public affairs from Princeton University.
Kacie Kaufman
Chief Operating Officer
Kacie has been an integral part of Thrive Reconstructive Surgery since 2015. A Texas Christian University graduate, she began her career serving as Patient Coordinator for Dr. Max as one of three employees. Over time, her leadership and dedication led her to to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
During her tenure, Kacie has overseen the opening of four office locations and the onboarding of more than ten physicians and mid-level providers, significantly expanding the practice’s reach. As COO, she manages daily operations, drives strategic growth initiatives, oversees finances, and ensures that the highest standards of patient care are consistently delivered.
Passionate about expanding access to reconstructive care, Kacie is dedicated to identifying and serving new communities—with the long-term vision of expanding Thrive’s impact nationwide.
Chloe Welborn
Head of Market Development and Partnerships
Chloe serves as Head of Market Development & Partnerships at Thrive Reconstructive Surgery (TRS), where she leads the development and strengthening of physician referral networks across Texas and Kansas. Her work focuses on cultivating high-trust relationships within the medical community and ensuring seamless collaboration across referring specialties in complex reconstructive care.
Since joining TRS in 2015 as one of the organization’s founding team members, Chloe has played a critical role in building the operational and relational infrastructure that supports the practice’s growth. Beginning her career as a Surgical Coordinator when the organization consisted of just three employees, she developed deep expertise across administrative and clinical coordination functions.
After serving as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), where she oversaw administrative operations and supported physician-led research initiatives, Chloe transitioned into her current role, where she focuses exclusively on referral strategy and regional physician engagement. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening TRS’s referral ecosystem and reinforcing its position as a trusted specialty surgical resource within the medical community.
Blanca Aragones
Chief Marketing Officer
Blanca brings over a decade of experience driving integrated marketing, digital growth, and brand strategy across healthcare and consumer sectors. She focuses on elevating TRS’s brand presence, expanding patient acquisition, and deepening engagement with the communities the practice serves.
Before joining TRS, Blanca led large-scale marketing programs that strengthened brand recognition and created more meaningful connections with audiences in the U.S. and international markets.
She holds an MSc in International Business Management from the University of London and has completed executive coursework in digital strategy and innovation. Blanca is passionate about patient-centric marketing, data-driven storytelling, and building purpose-driven brands.

Kacie has been an integral part of Thrive Reconstructive Surgery since 2015. She started her journey as a new college graduate from Texas Christian University as one of three employees in the role of Patient Coordinator for Dr. Max and grew into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO.)
